Yes, we test battery capacity and indicate its health status (charge cycles). A computer with a healthy battery has a higher trade-in value.

No, we accept all keyboards (AZERTY, QWERTY, QWERTZ). The keyboard layout is mentioned on the product page for buyers.

The price depends on the model, year, processor, RAM, storage, cosmetic condition and battery health. Our algorithm compares market prices in real time.

We can evaluate non-working computers in certain cases. Specify the problem in the form and we will make you an appropriate offer if the model has spare parts value.

Ideally yes. A computer sold with its original charger has a better value. If you no longer have the charger, mention it in your estimate.
