Tablet FAQ

We accept iPads (all models: iPad, Air, Pro, Mini), Samsung Galaxy Tab, and other premium tablets. Very old or entry-level tablets may not be eligible.

No, a tablet locked by iCloud or Google FRP cannot be resold. You must first unlink your account before submitting your estimate.

Tablets with cracked screens can be accepted at a reduced price. Specify the extent of the damage in your form for an accurate estimate.

It's not mandatory, but including a compatible Apple Pencil or Samsung S Pen increases the trade-in value of your bundle.

Storage capacity is a major factor in the evaluation. A 256GB iPad Pro is worth significantly more than a 64GB model. Cellular models (4G/5G) also carry a premium.

Valuable official accessories like the Magic Keyboard or Smart Folio can slightly increase the trade-in price. Generic cases do not add value.

We test the screen (touch, display, dead pixels), buttons, speakers, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cameras, battery and charging ports.

We generally accept iPads released within the last 5 years. Older models may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on their condition and market demand.
