Yes, we check the sensor for hot pixels, low-light noise and overall image quality. We also test built-in stabilisation when applicable.
Yes, the memory card is not required. Remove it before shipping to protect your personal footage.
We don't buy accessories separately (tripods, microphones, lights), but including them with the camera can increase the value of the bundle.
We check the sensor, screen, ports (HDMI, USB-C, mini XLR), SD/CFast slot, lens mount and overall body condition. Hours of use are taken into account.
Yes, batteries are consumables. A worn battery slightly reduces the value but does not make the device ineligible.
Once the camera is received and verified at our facility, payment is made within 48 business hours by bank transfer.
