No, accounts and digital games are linked to your profile and are not transferable. Remember to unlink your account before sending the console.
Each console is fully tested: disc drive, USB ports, video output, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ventilation and GPU performance.
We don't buy physical games separately, but including them with the console can slightly increase the overall value.
Excessive fan noise may indicate a thermal paste or dust issue. We take this into account in the evaluation but it doesn't make the console unsellable.
