2026 PS5 prices: PS5 Pro (£540-760), PS5 Slim with disc drive (£325-500), PS5 standard CFI-1200 (£280-430), PS5 Digital (£215-390). The CFI-1200 revision is quieter and sells for about 10% more than the original CFI-1000.

DualSense controllers are a key valuation factor. A PS5 bundle with 2 DualSense controllers + charging station sells for 20-30% more than the console alone. Check the adaptive triggers and joysticks for drift.
